Auction Membership Registration

We provide free access to clients registered on our website for browsing vehicles available in Japanese Auto Auctions. Auction Membership Registration is FREE of cost. Sign up now & get access to more than 100,000 cars.
For clients who do not have yet an account, please Register for free in our website and an account will be set specially for you. This operation will help you to track your purchase history, monitor your payment and control your bids.

Note: Your information is protected, and it is only used for business purpose. Client information is never disclosed to any other sources.

Make Bid for the car of your choice.

Select the car that you are interested in from our auction platform and place the bid by yourself or you request your account manager to that operation for you. We will receive your bid request and will make it on your behalf.

Final Price Calculation

Purchase Price + Auction Service Charge + Ocean Freight = CIF (Cost, Insurance and Ocean Freight)

Purchase Price + Auction Service Charge = FOB (Freight On Board)


PS: The auction service charge includes:

  • Auction fee.
  • Inland transport cost.
  • Shipping fee (documentation).
  • GlobeLinx Trading commission.
  • Pre-shipment inspection.
  • Insurance.

Final Payment

Upon a successful bid, we will send you the proforma invoice; you can arrange the Balance payment within 5 days.

Shipment & Documentation

After we confirm your full payment in our bank account in Japan, we will arrange the earlier shipment and dispatch all the required documents a week after departure via expedited courier services (DHL, FedEx).

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Bid cannot be cancelled 1hour before auctioning time.
  2. We may exceed your maximum bid price up to ¥30,000 yen if needed.
  3. After a successful bid if you desire to cancel your order for some reasons, we may claim a percentage of your deposit as cancellation fee.

Wavy or paint is not as smooth as the original factory paint. W or W1, W2 and W3 are used, with 1 being least noticeable.

Scratch
A1
is a tiny scratch, and generally you would expect this to buff out or be an easy touch up.
A2
is a medium scratch through the top layer of paint, and won’t easily be hidden.
A3
is a deep scratch such as a serious scrape or intentional key mark, and will definitely require paintwork if you want to fully address it.
U

Pin dent U1 to U4 are used to denote the size of the dent, with 1 being the smallest.

B
Larger dents (noticeable dents range from B1 to B4).
G
Chip on the windscreen. This usually indicates a small stone chip or scratch and often these are quite small, the size of a pin head or so, and not easily visible.
Y
Cracks (Y1 to Y4. Usually in bodykits or lights and often not a major issue as repair or replacement is fairly simple).
P
Paint damage (P1 to P4. Fading, scratches or discolouration from sun damage, polishing, peeling, crazing or poor paintwork).
S / C
Rust / Corrosion S and C1 to C4 are generally used. An S or C1 on the body can mean a small stone chip has some surface rust or there is a spot of rust on the edge of a sunroof which might be easily addressed.
